Crystal Scott, B.S., RT(R)(CT)
Hospital Administrator
Since beginning her healthcare career in 2007, Crystal has demonstrated her dedication to patient care and accessibility. She joined Merit Health River Oaks as the director of imaging and quickly made an impact. In that role, she was integral in the development of the first and only discounted heart screening in Rankin County, which demonstrates her commitment to advancing healthcare accessibility and patient care in our area. She also played a pivotal role in establishing the new interventional radiology department at Merit Health River Oaks. Prior to her role as hospital administrator, she was the executive director of imaging for the Merit Health Jackson market, where she led imaging services across multiple Merit Health hospitals to expand its capabilities and better serve the community.

Kim brings a wealth of experience and dedication to patient care and safety. Her journey with Merit Health has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a deep compassion for patients and staff. Kim focuses on fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork and patient-centered care.
Justin Stroud
Chief Financial Officer
Justin Stroud has joined Merit Health Woman's Hospital as chief financial officer. In the past, he was CFO of Merit Health Northwest Mississippi in Clarksdale. He is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. Stroud is an active member of Rotary International, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the First Baptist Church Jackson Worship Choir.
